We are fabricators of structural and tubular steel with locations in Oklahoma, New Jersey and Ohio.

Steel Manufacturing Machine Operator Duties:

Run CNC plasma cutters, beam drill lines, plate processors, and band saws.

Setup and Calibration:

Load programs, select correct tooling, and adjust machine speed and feed rates.

Material Handling:

Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and conveyors to load steel pieces.

Quality Control:

Inspect finished parts using tape measures against shop drawings.

Blueprint Reading:

Interpret structural blueprints, CAD designs, and Tekla or SDS2 software data. Steel Manufacturing Machine Operator Skills and Qualifications Ability to use a measuring tape Somewhat efficient in computer software programs

Steel Manufacturing Machine Operator Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Safety Mindset:

Strict adherence to OSHA standards, PPE use, and crane safety protocols.

Experience:

High school diploma plus 1-3 years of steel shop experience
