Job Summary:
ICS Corporation is seeking a dependable and motivated Machine Operator to join our Direct Mail team. This entry-level position is responsible for operating and monitoring mailing equipment, including inserters, folders, and inkjet printers, to ensure jobs are processed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. No prior machine operating experience is required, training will be provided. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, strong attention to detail, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced production environment.

Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM Responsibilities Operate and monitor production equipment throughout the job run. Load materials such as envelopes, letters, flyers, and other printed materials into machines. Monitor machine performance and production output to ensure accuracy and quality. Perform quality checks to ensure jobs meet customer and postal requirements. Make basic machine adjustments and troubleshoot minor issues as needed. Maintain accurate production records and logs. Ensure jobs are completed accurately and within scheduled deadlines. Follow USPS regulations, company procedures, and quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Communicate effectively with coworkers, leads, and supervisors to maintain a smooth production workflow. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. No prior experience required; paid training provided. Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven manufacturing environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift and move materials as required. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus. #ZR
