We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals to fill the Sticker & Menu Team Member role at our food manufacturing facility located at 90 Stemmers Lane, Westampton, NJ 08060. They will be responsible for performing a variety of functions such as but not limited to: assembling and packing meal boxes, preparing food and ingredients, building, insulating meal boxes and processing all returns as assigned by their lead and/ or general manager. All Batchline Solutions employees are also required to adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), food handling procedures, quality control, and all safety procedures and policies in our distribution centers.

What will you be doing:

Properly set up and operate all equipment used in the labeling and packaging processes. Complete support documentation associated with the execution of the operation (labeling, inspection, etc.) being performed in accordance with GDocP. Effectively demonstrate time management during printing processes (e.g. shift change during batch preparation and printing) Report all unusual, non-routine occurrences when performing tasks Concurrent record keeping including charts, logbooks, and all pertinent documentation Complete support documentation associated with the execution of the operation (labeling, inspection, etc.) being performed in accordance with SOPs, Contributes to the development of standard operating procedures, batch records, equipment logs and other document history or traceability of tasks performed Work in collaboration with other members of the manufacturing team and other departments such as quality and facility maintenance to achieve company goals Coordinate with Procurement Team to ensure in-stock conditions on all labeling materials Demonstrate, at all times, safe work habits and maintain a safe work environment Practice current Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDocP) at all times Who you are and why you're right for us: Minimum high school diploma or general education degree (GED) Previous experience with food handling, warehouse operations or labeling/quality assurance experience preferred but not required Exceptional attention to detail, hard- worker and team player. Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment independently and or in a group environment Must be capable of working with small, delicate pieces of machinery/labels Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to add, subtract, read and fully understand English manuals Basic computer skills required

• Must exhibit punctuality and low absenteeism Must be able to work in a refrigerated environment (-9º- 42º) for 8 or more hours and in some instances, in a dark environment Ability to work a variety of shifts, long hours and weekends as needed
