Production & Safety:

Operate manufacturing equipment at full capacity while strictly adhering to all safety regulations, policies, and procedures.

Quality Control:

Ensure all job orders are completed on schedule and meet or exceed company quality standards through precise operation.

Technical Literacy:

Utilize general mechanical knowledge and basic math skills to operate machinery and take accurate measurements with a standard 20' tape measure.

Equipment Care:

Perform daily preventative maintenance and maintain a clean workspace to ensure optimal machine performance.

Team Communication:

Monitor equipment health, maintain housekeeping, and promptly report major repair needs to the maintenance department. Qualifications Measurement Precision:

Expertly read tape measures to 1/8", 1/16", and 1/32" increments with a strong command of inch-to-decimal conversions.

Performance Standards:

Maintain a high priority on both the quality and quantity of output to meet production goals.

Operational Stamina:

Capability to perform repetitive tasks consistently and accurately throughout a full shift.
