Job Description
The Snowsports Rental Tech team is a flexible and multi-disciplined crew that provides rental and tech services at the Children's Snowsports School. This team may be asked to help with riding lifts with children, indoor staff, custodial staff, and other areas of the operation. Share our traditions of stewardship and inclusiveness. Organize equipment thoroughly as needed before ending a shiftLearning area fence set up, and removal/storage of fences and equipment for opening and closing procedures when neededWillingness to help with all operational aspects of the Rio Hondo Learning Center including, but not limited to, shoveling snow, custodial needs, AM indoor and outdoor set up, aiding support staff with operations and instructors when needed, assisting with lift riding, and PM closing proceduresFollow established procedures and instructions for operation of all tools and equipmentMaintains good humor and cooperative attitudeReliable attendance on all scheduled workdaysOther duties as assigned

Essential Job Responsibilities:
Tech skis and snowboards with accuracy to assure guest safety in a fast-paced, busy environmentFit guests with appropriate fitted helmets Organize, check in/out, and maintain all rental gear including boots, skis/boards, helmets, and polesDemonstrate awareness of the Rental/Repair Shop's safety and security practicesPerform morning duties including boot fitting, shuttling, greeting, shoveling, and maintaining a clean workplaceClosely watch return racks and equipment storage inside and outside of building multiple times a day.Organize equipment thoroughly as needed before ending a shiftLearning area fence set up, and removal/storage of fences and equipment for opening and closing procedures when neededWillingness to help with all operational aspects of the Rio Hondo Learning Center including, but not limited to, shoveling snow, custodial needs, AM indoor and outdoor set up, aiding support staff with operations and instructors when needed, assisting with lift riding, and PM closing proceduresFollow established procedures and instructions for operation of all tools and equipmentMaintains good humor and cooperative attitudeReliable attendance on all scheduled workdaysOther duties as assigned

Qualifications/Knowledge:
Must be 18 years of agePossess the capability to obtain certification in three different types of bindingsAble to be trained in safe, accurate, and proper operation of machinery at TSV, Inc.Willing and able to complete CPR training (training available through company)Uses standard tuning and equipment repair proceduresDemonstrates excellent communication skillsPossess strong safety awareness Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
