Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of outdoor public spaces, including but not limited to scrubbing stains, sweeping, organizing furniture, and maintaining trash and recycling receptacles.
Conduct daily cleaning and maintenance of buildings, including vacuuming, sweeping, shampooing carpets, and washing windows and doors.
Remove snow and maintain walkways using shovels, snow blowers, de-icing agents, sand and gravel (during winter months). May be expected to operate heavy equipment with proper training. Regularly empty and maintain trash receptacles, ensuring proper disposal.
Maintain and process recycling, including the use of a baler (training provided).Haul compost to the compost machine and clean out compost buckets.
Maintain walkways and plaza areas, ensuring they are clean and safe.
Clean public restrooms daily, ensuring they are sanitary and well-stocked.
Demonstrate reliable attendance on all scheduled workdays.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Must be 21 years of age or older, per insurance requirements, to drive or operate heavy equipment.

Off-Highway Motor Vehicle (OHV) license is preferred.
Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is preferred.
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal).Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact professionally with guests and coworkers.
Coachable with a strong ability to learn quickly.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.

Job Description
Essential Job Responsibilities:

Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to pass an MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) check.Must be 21 years of age or older, per insurance requirements, to drive or operate heavy equipment.
