Position Overview Fisher Space Pen Co. is seeking a dependable and mechanically inclined Screw Machine Operator / Mechanic to join our manufacturing team. This is a hands-on position operating and maintaining traditional mechanically driven, cam-operated screw machines. These are non-CNC machines, and CNC experience is not required. Previous screw-machine experience is helpful but not required. Training will be provided. We are particularly interested in candidates with strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and experience working with manufacturing, machining, industrial, automotive, or other mechanical equipment. Responsibilities include operating and setting up machinery, producing precision components, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting, inspecting parts, and working with the production team to maintain quality and productivity.
