Job description: Production Bulk (4-Day Work Week!) Aervoe LLC is an established manufacturing leader specializing in industrial-grade paints, lubricants, and high-performance cleaning products. Position Overview As a Production Bulk, you will set up, run, and maintain our bulk liquid filling equipment. In this role, you will accurately fill various can sizes, manage product labeling, handle clean-up using solvents, and ensure all safety protocols are strictly followed. This is a role that keeps production moving safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and clean bulk liquid filling equipment Produce accurate paint batches following a Batch Ticket Fill out paperwork properly and turn it into the proper area. Fill bulk paints accurately using gauges, scales, and provided math formulas. Prepare orders and documentation. Print and apply labels/stickers to bulk products and boxes. Stage production labels, prepare spray tips, and complete manual rework as needed. Cross-train and fill in for Paint Batching and on the production line, electronic, and injection mold as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Job Requirements & Qualifications:

Education:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Skills:

Basic math proficiency; ability to read, write, and communicate fluently in English.

Experience:

Prior fast-paced warehouse or production experience is a major plus.

Preferred Skills:

Experience using a gram scale is a plus, but we are willing to train candidates with the right attitude!

Screening:

Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Physical Requirements & Working Conditions:

Lifting:

Ability to routinely lift and move up to 75 lbs. throughout your shift.

Drum Handling:

Capability to safely maneuver and roll 500-lb. product drums using appropriate warehouse equipment.

Equipment:

Ability to operate—or learn to safely drive—a forklift.

Environment:

Comfortable standing for long periods in a chemical manufacturing environment. Good verbal and written communication skills

Conditions:

Ability to work safely around automated packaging equipment and in areas with elevated noise levels Reliability and good judgement

Safety Gear:

Comfort wearing a mandatory respirator mask and required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in a chemical manufacturing climate
