Construction Technology Deployment Lead Rinvio Las Vegas, NV Job Details Contract $115,000 - $125,000 a year 17 hours ago Qualifications Outdoor work Driver's License Sensors Project stakeholder communication Full Job Description Rinvio is hiring a Construction Technology Deployment Lead for a travel-based contract role supporting advanced robotic equipment on construction and infrastructure projects. This role is built for a practical field leader — someone who understands jobsites, crews, equipment, safety, and troubleshooting, and can help make new technology work in real construction conditions.
Pay:
Around $120,000/year, based on experience
Location:
Las Vegas, NV area preferred; candidates should live within approximately 30 miles of a major airport
Travel:
Heavy weekly travel to project sites across the U.S.
Type:

Responsibilities:
Lead field deployment and daily support of robotic/autonomous construction equipment Coordinate with construction teams, operators, site leadership, and technical support teams Inspect, troubleshoot, maintain, and support field equipment, electronics, sensors, and components Help prepare sites, equipment, and operators for safe and productive deployment Document equipment performance, field issues, user feedback, and improvement opportunities Support testing, maintenance, repairs, calibration, and component installation as needed Perform scheduled field operations that may include nights or changing project schedules Keep equipment, tools, vehicles, and workspaces organized, safe, and professional
Requirements:
Strong construction, heavy equipment, field service, industrial maintenance, or machinery background 5+ years of hands-on equipment repair, maintenance, operation, or field troubleshooting experience preferred Comfortable working with mechanical systems, sensors, electronics, and field hardware Strong communication skills with operators, site teams, and technical stakeholders Willingness to travel weekly and work in active outdoor/construction environments Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to lift up to 60 lbs Safety-minded, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently Experience with fabrication, soldering, hydraulics, electrical systems, machine control, GPS, or robotics is a plus Why this role: Strong annual compensation around $120k for qualified field leaders Opportunity to support advanced construction technology in the field Travel role with hands-on work and real project impact Professional recruiting support from Rinvio Learn more about
