Maintenance Technician / Machine Operator We are hiring for two hands on manufacturing positions. Both roles work closely with Production and Maintenance to keep equipment running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. Maintenance Technician $38-$42
Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment and facility systems. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and equipment issues and respond to maintenance requests. Work with motors, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, wiring, circuits, breakers, sensors, PLCs, and control boards. Assist with equipment installation, setup, calibration, and repairs. Maintain tools and equipment and accurately document repairs, inspections, and parts used. Support general facility maintenance, including lighting, HVAC, plumbing, and structural repairs. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Qualifications:
Hands-on maintenance or industrial equipment experience preferred. Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills. Experience with PLCs, sensors, motors, conveyors, or similar equipment is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Machine Operator Pay $20-$24
Responsibilities:
Safely operate, monitor, and adjust production machinery during manufacturing runs. Perform machine setup, changeovers, calibration, and routine maintenance. Assist Maintenance Technicians with troubleshooting and minor repairs. Perform visual and manual quality inspections and report defects. Monitor machine performance and document production, downtime, and maintenance activities. Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all safety and PPE requirements. Communicate machine issues and production concerns to Technicians and Supervisors.
Qualifications:
Mechanical aptitude and experience working with machinery, tools, or production equipment preferred. Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work flexible hours, overtime, weekends, or early/late shifts as needed.
