Position Overview We are seeking reliable and safety-focused Deburrers/Finishers to join a busy manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for locating, loading, cutting, inspecting, and finishing metal materials according to work instructions and production requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in a manufacturing environment, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely while handling heavy materials. Key Responsibilities Locate and verify materials using tags and travelers Load materials onto saw tables and perform abrasive cutting according to specifications Operate saws, forklifts, and overhead cranes safely and efficiently Measure, weigh, inspect, and deburr finished materials to ensure quality standards are met Complete production paperwork, documentation, and material identification tags Inspect saw blades and equipment and report maintenance concerns Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements Segregate scrap materials by grade and maintain proper material tracking Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications No formal education required Ability to read a tape measure accurately Basic math skills required Ability to read and write basic English Forklift certification required Overhead crane training required Ability to lift and move 50-100 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Work Environment Industrial/manufacturing setting Requires standing, lifting, and repetitive physical activity Must follow PPE requirements, safety regulations, and ISO manufacturing procedures
