Job Description
Process Technician Overview We are seeking a motivated Process Technician to join a growing manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for machine setup, process monitoring, troubleshooting, mold changeovers, and optimizing production performance while maintaining safety and quality standards. Whether you are an experienced Process Technician or a mechanically inclined manufacturing professional looking to grow your career, we offer hands-on training, advancement opportunities, and a team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Operate and oversee multiple molding machines based on production requirements Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, and process adjustments Complete mold changeovers efficiently and safely Monitor production processes and maintain process documentation Troubleshoot molding equipment to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency Perform routine machine inspections and daily equipment checks Follow established work instructions, safety procedures, and quality standards Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to meet operational goals Support continuous improvement initiatives throughout the manufacturing operation Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Ability to read and follow process sheets and work instructions Strong attendance record and commitment to workplace safety Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn Stable work history demonstrating reliability Ability to work a rotating 12-hour shift schedule Experience with injection molding, blow molding, or plastics manufacturing Manufacturing, maintenance, machine operation, or technical trade experience Military or trade school background Experience performing machine setups and changeovers Schedule 12-hour rotating 2-2-3 schedule
