As a Packaging Machine Operator, you'll be an important part of the team that gets our pasta ready for the dinner table. You'll operate automated packaging equipment, monitor production, troubleshoot equipment, and make sure every package meets our high standards for quality and food safety.

No homework required—just bring your work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn!

Competitive Pay:

$23.59/hour

Night Shift Differential:

+$1.75/hour Flexible 2/2/3 Schedule with 12-hour shifts What You'll Do Operate and monitor automated packaging equipment and production lines

Perform machine set-ups, adjustments, and product changeovers

Inspect products for quality, accurate coding, and proper sealing

Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and escalate concerns when needed

Perform routine equipment checks and basic preventative maintenance

Complete production and quality documentation accurately

Follow food safety, GMP, quality, and workplace safety requirements

Keep your work area clean and organized

Work with Maintenance, Quality, and Production teams to keep the line running smoothly What You Bring to Class High school diploma or GED preferred

Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred

Food manufacturing experience is a plus

Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
