Our client, a leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Bonding Machine Operator to join their dedicated team. As a Bonding Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

18/hour for first shift, 18.50/hour for second shift

Shift:

1st and 2nd shifts available What's the Job? Operate bonding machines efficiently and accurately to meet production targets Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot issues promptly Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process Maintain a clean and organized work environment in a climate-controlled setting Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times What's Needed? Previous experience operating bonding or similar manufacturing machinery Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work effectively in a team environment Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving Willingness to work overtime as needed to support production goals What's in it for me?
