Job description: Generator Installation Technician Guerin Generator Services - Ballston Spa, NY Guerin Generator Services is growing, and we're looking to add a motivated individual to our Generator Installation Team. If you take pride in your work, show up ready to learn, and want to be part of a solid team—this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career. No prior generator experience required—we're willing to train the right person. What You'll Do Assist with installation of residential and commercial standby generators Work alongside experienced technicians to learn electrical and mechanical systems Perform basic site prep, equipment setup, and material handling Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site Represent our company professionally on customer job sites What We're Looking For Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Takes pride in workmanship and attention to detail Reliable and punctual Team player with a positive attitude Mechanical aptitude is a plus Preferred (but NOT required): Electrical experience Plumbing experience Construction or trade background What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Health/Dental benefits package 401(k) with employer match Paid time off Ongoing training and growth opportunities Steady, year-round work
