Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of industrial slitting machinery to produce high-quality components and Cut to Size products efficiently. Your expertise in machine operation, technical troubleshooting, and precision measurement will ensure our manufacturing processes run smoothly and meet strict quality standards. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor various manufacturing Slitting machines. Utilize precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify dimensional accuracy and adherence to specifications. Troubleshoot mechanical issues on industrial equipment, perform basic repairs, and escalate complex problems to maintenance teams. Follow safety standards in production environments, including proper use of hand tools, tooling, and materials handling procedures. Maintain detailed records of machine operation, production output, and quality control inspections. Assist with packaging finished products and preparing materials for shipment while ensuring compliance with quality standards. Requirements Proven experience operating other industrial equipment in a manufacturing setting. Familiarity with shop math, and the use of precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers. Knowledge of safety standards in production environments and the ability to follow safety protocols diligently. Excellent attention to detail Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience is highly desirable.
