Job Summary Plastic company looking for motivated person for machine & building maintenance as well as Die Setting to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up and adjusting dies used in the production process, ensuring optimal performance and quality of output. This role requires a mechanical background. Ideal candidate can be trained in Die Setter Role. Basic Machine and Building Maintenance. Duties Set up, adjust, and maintain dies for production runs to ensure quality and efficiency. Conduct routine inspections of dies to identify wear or defects, making necessary repairs or adjustments. Maintain accurate records of die setups, adjustments, and maintenance activities. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Qualifications Working knowledge of hand and power tools. Need to be motivated and willing to learn Experience with plastics injection molding techniques is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

$17.00 - $22.00 per hour
