Pay Range:
$24.23 to $26.78 USD
THE ROLE
Set up and operate the corrugated box caser or Poly-Form/Fill Bagger and radial scale system according to manufacturer and departmental specifications, perform machine changeovers per the production schedule, and assist shift mechanics with major repairs when needed. Ensure all operations align with food safety and quality standards. Ensure accuracy in packaging, weights, and labeling while maintaining compliance with HACCP, SQF, and food safety standards. Follow all safety procedures, maintain cleanliness, and document production performance while achieving quality and efficiency targets.
YOUR PROFILE
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, adjust, and maintain machinery using hand tools. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently (occasionally up to 100 lbs with assistance), stand for long periods, and work in a physically demanding environment. Comfortable working in noisy, dusty, hot, humid, or wet conditions, with exposure to chemicals, solvents, and moving mechanical parts. High school diploma or equivalent with a strong work ethic, problem-solving mindset, and exemplary attendance. Ability to work either - 6AM TO 6PM Or 6PM TO 6:00AM, including weekends Join us in growing what matters!
