POSITION SUMMARY

: The Assembly Operator I position is responsible for the assembly of tonneau covers, kits, and other associated parts per specification. The Assembly Operator I may also be asked to help in other areas of the factory as required by the production or shipping schedule. Essential Functions of the

Position Include:

• Assemble tonneau covers according to specifications
• Use hand and power tools to cut, trim, and shape materials as needed
• Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards and customer expectations
• Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and efficient production
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Meet daily production quotas and time standards while maintaining a high level of quality
• Always have safety in mind as a top priority
• Other duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications:

EDUCATION

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational or technical training is a plus

EXPERIENCE

• Prior experience in a similar position is desirable but not required

SKILLS :

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality with a continuous improvement mind-set.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
