Position Overview:

As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently cutting, trimming, assembling, and packing a variety of plastic products, including swimming pool steps, docks, panels, and kayaks. Your attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols will ensure high-quality output, supporting our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and troubleshoot machinery used in the production process Cut, trim, assemble, and pack plastic products accurately and efficiently Ensure safety standards and equipment procedures are strictly followed Maintain a clean and organized workspace Assist in quality checks to uphold product standards

Qualifications:

1-2 years of relevant manufacturing or machine operation experience Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for an entire shift and walk around the warehouse

Work Schedule & Compensation:

Pay Rate:

$20.00-$22.00 per hour, based on experience and performance

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime opportunities (not mandatory)

Pay Details:
