Schedule:
Monday- Thursday ( 4:45am-3:15pm) A Taste of What You'll Do Join GALLO as a Packaging Technician 2 and contribute to a collaborative production team focused on safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- -High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 2 years' experience in beverage production, manufacturing, or operations.
- Must be able to repetitively lift and uncase glass cases onto a conveyer belt, up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to regularly lift, carry, or move up to 50 lbs.
- Required to work any assigned shift (day, swing, graveyard, 5x8, 4x10); required to work weekends and overtime when necessary.
- Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
- Basic knowledge of data entry into production/quality systems
- Required to comply with company GMP policies.
- Skilled in writing simple correspondence.
- Skilled in adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing using whole numbers.
- Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

- -High school diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 3 years' experience in beverage production, manufacturing, or operations.
- Experience operating a forklift.
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems.

- This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting and requires working on-site with no telecommuting option. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.
