Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Technical Machine Operator and become a vital part of our innovative production process! In this role, you will operate, monitor, and maintain a variety of manufacturing equipment ensuring high-quality customer and industry standards. Your expertise will ensure smooth operations, uphold safety standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. If you thrive in a fast-paced, team oriented, focused environment and have a passion for detail, this opportunity is perfect for you! Duties Set up, operate, and troubleshoot machinery. Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments like calipers and cameras to ensure products meet specifications. Perform routine maintenance on machinery and tools to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime. Assist in assembly processes by using hand tools and mechanical knowledge to produce and package components accurately. Monitor production processes closely, making adjustments as needed to maintain optimal output quality. Document production data, inspection results, and maintenance activities accurately for quality control records. Qualifications Ability to visually inspect, measure and log in-process and finished product details. Verify conformance to quality standards. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and process adjustments. Good manual dexterity, strong attention to detail and good communication skills. Pay:
$16.00 - $21.00 per hour
