Responsibilities:

Provide relief for all Converting operations on a daily and/or weekly basis in order to maintain continuous quality production on all shifts. Responsible for continuous training in order to learn all aspects of the department as well as all product characteristics. Able to operate all mobile equipment. Responsible to assist in general housekeeping of the department. Always maintain a safe work environment. Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned. Must adhere to all company and location policies and safety rules Must be able to work extended hours when required All other duties as assigned

Qualifications/ Experience:

Experience in papermaking or manufacturing Able to work rotating shifts

Qualifications/Experience Preferred:

Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic math skills Highly motivated Strong time management and priorities management skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Computer literate with knowledge of Excel. BPCS experience a plus.
