Honeoye, NY $16.50 50 hours a week - Monday - Friday with O.T 1st Shift Ready to take the next step in your manufacturing career? We're looking for a Process Technician / Machine Setup Operator to join a growing production team. This is a great opportunity for someone with mechanical experience who wants to play a key role in keeping operations running efficiently.
What You'll Be Doing:
Set up and start up injection/blow molding machines for production runs Adjust and maintain machine settings for optimal performance Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed Support tooling changes and assist with minor repairs Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams Help keep the production floor clean, safe, and organized
What We're Looking For:
Previous machine setup, process tech, or manufacturing experience preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to troubleshoot equipment and production issues Experience in molding or similar manufacturing environments is a plus Leadership mindset with the ability to support and guide operators Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift Frequent reaching and light to moderate physical activity Lift up to 25 lbs as needed
