THE ROLE

ONSITE ONLY

(no remote work)

• Ability to follow documented standards and identify and/or report any tool performance or process deviations.
• Ensure tools remain running, loaded, and qualified to run product.
• Understand your operation and meet expected throughput and cycle time targets.
• Achieve technical knowhow in maintaining or operating tools and maintain certifications.
• Ability to work independently without supervision after certification.
• Ability to use MES to record work-in-progress / tool status.
• Perform 5S audits in assigned work area.
• Follow proper handling of product as per work instructions.
• Perform inspection of product to meet quality standards.
• Perform tooling changes when needed.
• Additional responsibilities as required.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma required, associate degree or equivalent certification desirable.
• Prior experience in manufacturing and/or cleanroom environment required.
• Prior experience in semiconductor industry a +.
• React flexibly to changing work priorities and demands.
• Ability to follow all safety, security, and cleanroom procedures always.
• Demonstrate initiative and curiosity by looking for better ways to do things within scope of control and participate actively in continuous improvement activities.
