Key Responsibilities:
Support daily manufacturing and shipping goals through a variety of assembly and production tasks. Perform manual assembly of systems using torque drivers and hardware, adhering to production targets. Conduct functional testing of completed systems following standard work procedures. Retrieve materials from flow racks and bin locations to support assembly operations. Complete back-flush transactions in computer systems to ensure accurate production logging. Assist with physical inventory counts to maintain stock accuracy. Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness according to 5S standards. Follow safety and security policies, including the proper use of protective equipment and adherence to company procedures.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience is not necessary; training and ongoing support are provided. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physically demanding tasks. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a focus on workplace safety.
