Machine Operator - 1st, 2nd, 3rd Shifts

Job Overview Seeking reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operators (1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts) to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate an automatic roto mold machine to produce high-quality products while maintaining efficiency, safety, and quality standards. Responsibilities Read and understand procedures to produce products Ensure all supplies and tools are available at machine prior to shift Prepare molds by cleaning vent tubes, parting lines, and replacing breather material before each cycle Remove molded parts and direct to the trim cells Trim, drill, and deburr products as needed Inspect finished products for quality and report defects to Supervisor Meet machine cycle time targets and keep machine operating efficiently in cycle Handle molds and equipment carefully to maintain integrity Assist with mold changes as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all PPE and safety requirements at all times Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent (required) Experience using power, hand, air, and electrical tools Experience in a high speed manufacturing environment Mechanical knowledge is an asset Knowledge of quality control processes is an asset Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Self-motivated and dependable Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Frequent bending and repetitive movements Ability to lift 50+ pounds Comfortable working in a manufacturing cell environment

Pay:

$19.00 - $22.00 per hour
