Machine Operator

Role Description This is a full-time on-site Machine Operator role located in Orchard Park, NY. The Machine Operator will be responsible for operating machinery, ensuring quality control standards are met, and communicating effectively with team members. We run 24/5 and are hiring for our 1st and 3rd shift currently!

Hours are below:

First Shift:

7:00AM-3:30PM (Monday-Friday)

Third Shift:

10:30PM-7:00AM (Sunday night - Friday morning) • All employees receive two paid fifteen-minute breaks during their shift and one unpaid thirty-minute lunch break. •Operators will be compensated $17-19/hr depending on experience. Responsibilities Operate injection molding machines Ensure quality control standards are met Communicate effectively with team members Communicate issues that may occur during the shift to supervisor and work to address them Maintain a clean working environment Qualifications Machine Operation and Machinery skills Adherence to health and safety regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear) Attention to detail Previous experience in a manufacturing setting is a plus Ability to lift 40lbs and to stand for long periods of time High School diploma or equivalent Benefits (for full-time employees only) Dental insurance Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance 401(k) Paid time off
