Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Metal Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in various metalworking techniques. This role involves working with different types of metal materials, utilizing advanced machinery, and ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. Responsibilities Operate shears and cutting equipment to shape and cut metal components according to specifications. Assemble metal parts and structures using specified techniques, ensuring structural integrity and quality. Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure they meet required standards and specifications. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Experience Proven experience in metalworking preferred Familiarity with shears/saws, and other metal fabrication methods is highly desirable. Basic math skills for accurate measurements and calculations during the production process. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Experience with quality inspection processes to ensure product excellence.
