Our client, a leader in manufacturing and chemical processing, is seeking a dedicated Compounding Operator to join their team. As a Compounding Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate precision, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:

5 am - 2:30pm; Occasional OT and Weekend Work What's the Job? Accurately measure and mix raw materials according to specified formulations and batch records. Operate and maintain compounding equipment, ensuring it is clean, calibrated, and functioning properly. Monitor the compounding process to detect and resolve any issues that may affect product quality or safety. Maintain detailed and accurate production records, including batch logs and quality control documentation. Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a safe working environment. What's Needed? 2 years of experience working as a Compounding Operator Basic understanding of safety regulations and good manufacturing practices (GMP). Ability to read and interpret batch records, formulas, and standard operating procedures. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in compounding or chemical processing. Criminal background check, SSN trace, and drug test are required.
