Hand Assembly Associate Responsibilities:

Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and visible defects Count, stack, and package products according to work instructions Assemble partitions, inserts, and other packaging components Clean and prepare boxes to meet customer quality standards Verify quantities and report any discrepancies or issues Stage completed products for shipping or next production steps Maintain accurate basic production documentation Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Basic math skills, including counting and simple measurements Ability to measure accurately (to 1/16 of an inch) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Comfortable using hands and performing repetitive tasks Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
