Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor process equipment to ensure efficient and safe production
- Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions to maintain product quality
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot process issues and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Monitor and control process variables such as temperature, pressure, and flow rates
- Collect samples for laboratory analysis and record data accurately
- Handle materials and products according to safety guidelines
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Complete critical documentation for traceability and material history
- Operations run varied shifts and candidate must be willing to work various shifts depending on hired role
Experience:
- Previous experience operating forklifts and handling materials in a warehouse setting is beneficial
- Previous experience in manufacturing operations running various equipment and materials is beneficial
- Knowledge of machining processes and lean manufacturing principles is beneficial
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Ability to fabricate, assemble, or package products according to specifications
