As a CNC Mill Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, responsible for operating and maintaining CNC milling machines.Typical responsibilities include:
- Performing self-inspections on your parts using prescribed gauges, jigs, and fixtures to ensure they meet close tolerances.
- Utilizing Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) for inspections (CMM inspection ability sought but not required).
- Changing your own tools and adjusting compensations accordingly.
- Performing part deburring under a microscope to ensure quality assurance and mitigate Foreign Object Debris (FOD).

Operates light-duty bench- or floor-type machine tools and equipment such as small lathes, power mills, extruding machines, drills or punch presses, power brakes, shears or saws. May set up machining machines and make adjustments, and perform maintenance on machines. Checks work using prescribed gauges, jigs and fixtures to measure close tolerances. Some machines may be numerically controlled. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. ## Basic Qualifications- Ability to read and interpret Engineering drawings.
- Knowledge in CNC mill setup
- Be able to inspect using general hand tools.
- Quality driven individual able to support team environment.
- Detail oriented with housekeeping and organization skills. ## Desired Skills
- Ability to use web-based computer applications.
- Ability to work in either team or individual environment.
- Flexibility with work schedule and machine assignments.
- Ability to support overtime as business needs dictate.
- Previous CMM experience.
- Previous LM experience
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range:
