• As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing process by operating and maintaining precision machinery used to produce high-quality components. Your attention to detail and commitment to quality will help ensure that products meet the rigorous standards required in the aviation industry.
• What You'll Do
• + Operate light-duty bench and floor-type machine tools and equipment, including: + Small lathes + Power mills + Extruding machines + Drills and punch presses + Power brakes + Shears and saws + Set up machining equipment and make machine adjustments as needed.

+ Perform routine machine maintenance to support efficient operations.

+ Inspect completed work using gauges, jigs, fixtures, and measuring devices to ensure close tolerances are met.

+ Monitor production quality and verify compliance with quality standards and statistical process control procedures.

+ Operate numerically controlled equipment when applicable.

+ Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.

+ Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively regarding production and quality concerns.

• Required Qualifications
• + 1-2 years of experience operating manufacturing or production machinery. + Strong
• attention to detail
• with the ability to identify defects and quality issues. + Effective

• and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. + Basic computer skills for data entry, machine interfaces, and production documentation. + Ability to follow written instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines. + Dependable attendance and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Preferred Qualifications
• + Experience working in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries. + Familiarity with precision measuring tools, gauges, jigs, and fixtures. + Experience with numerically controlled (NC/CNC) machinery. + Mechanical aptitude and machine troubleshooting experience.
