Molding SupervisorPOSITION DESCRIPTION
The Mixing Technician plays a critical role in the manufacturing process by accurately preparing and blending raw materials to create high-quality products. This position requires meticulous attention to detail to ensure that all mixtures meet precise specifications and quality standards. The Mixing Technician will operate and maintain mixing equipment, monitor batch processes, and adjust formulations as necessary to optimize production efficiency. Collaboration with quality control and production teams is essential to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements. Ultimately, the role ensures consistent product quality and supports the overall manufacturing workflow to meet production targets and customer expectations.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Work Safely at all times including proper LOTO of machines and use of proper PPE Promote 5S maintenance & improvements Be a positive role model to the team Be RESULTS oriented using visual KPI's (Key Performance Indicators) Be multi-skilled to support team members as needed Seek out assistance from department supervisor/manager/team leaders as required Support and participate in continuous improvement efforts Be a good listener and understand issues before coming up with solutions (root cause analysis) Responsible for inspection of materials, dyes received Mixing materials and concentrates in specified amounts to produce a specific color Deliver mixed colors to designated machines Weighing and storing dyes Storing, tagging, and inspecting regrind material Cleaning of all grinders for all colors Consuming material at machines and daily data entry into computerSKILLS REQUIRED
: High school diploma of GED Manufacturing and maintenance or mechanical experience preferred Able to obtain a forklift license Able to work independently as well as with co-workers Ability to assume a quick pace Must have some computer skillsRESPONSIBILITIES

Monitors and verifies activities to ensure that finished goods and raw materials are coming in and out of the facility meet consumer safety and quality standards. Complies with all company food safety and quality assurance procedures Reports any product or process failures that could impact food safety of manufactured products to the location's Food Safety Team Leader and submits an appropriate incident reportPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Required to walk, sit and/or stand for up to 11.75 hours per day. May be required to reach with hands and arms. As needed, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull, maintain balance, bend at the waist, kneel, walk varying distances, and climb stairs and lift to 40 lbsAbout MRP:
