In this role, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining a variety of machinery to ensure efficient production processes. Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality products while adhering to safety standards and optimizing machine performance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced equipment and contribute to a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, mechanically inclined, and passionate about precision manufacturing. Responsibilities Set up and operate a wide range of machinery including CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, stamping presses, flexo presses, press brake machines, and CNC programming tools. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and CAD files to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly. Program and troubleshoot CNC equipment using CAM programming software and Fanuc controls to optimize machine performance. Conduct routine inspections using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools to verify product specifications. Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling equipment while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Perform basic math calculations related to measurements, tolerances, and production quantities for precise machining operations. Maintain detailed documentation of machine settings, production logs, quality checks, and maintenance activities. Collaborate with team members on assembly line tasks including fabrication, welding, tooling setup, packaging, and finishing processes. Conduct preventive maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime and ensure optimal operation. Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure manufacturing environment. Experience Proven factory or manufacturing facility experience working with machining equipment such as CNC mills, CNC lathes, stamping presses, or flexo presses. Hands-on experience with CNC programming (including Fanuc controls), CAM programming software, CAD design tools like SolidWorks or similar platforms. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex machinery issues quickly. Familiarity with blueprint reading, GD&T standards, and precision measurement instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Experience operating forklifts and other warehouse handling equipment is preferred. Knowledge of fabrication techniques including welding and tooling setup is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently on an assembly line while maintaining high quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Join us in driving innovation through precision manufacturing!
