Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our tobacco manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of tobacco industrial machinery to produce high-quality components and products. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, technical expertise and a commitment to safety standards. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient production processes while maintaining precision and quality throughout manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities:
require the operator to run the equipment proficient. Must know all the steps of reporting and maintenance of the equipment. will perform proper setup of the machine(s) for runs. Performs all pertinent quality checks, controls and reporting on equipment(s) Learns reasonable maintenance on the equipment and minor repairs on a daily basis. Oversee to the safety of his/her team Complete reports, logs and notifies quality issues, defects and other problems directly to the Factory Supervisor Report directly to the factory supervisor. Assigned other duties to be performed at any time. Pay rate will very on experience.​
Qualifications:
Previous experience in plant operations or other related fields Familiarity with plant tools and equipment Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills Ability to handle physical workload Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Education and/or Experience High School diploma or GED required. Minimum one year factory related experience. Physical Demands Light to moderate physical effort required. Must be able to lift up to 50 Lbs Regularly required to stand, reach and move about the facility. Work Environment Exposed to any number of elements but none present to extent of being disagreeable. Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed or assigned. Pay:
$17.00 - $21.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
