Job Description
Local plant in Tonawanda looking for a production operator to set-up and maintain machines!! 1st shift hours 6am-2:30pm Mon-Fri + OT Pay varies based on experience, starting $19-21/hr. Please respond with resume for immediate consideration.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must have 2+ years of experience performing machine set-ups, preventative maintenance experience preferred
- Must have a high level of mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills
- Solid work history and reliability is required
JOB DUTIES
- Monitor machines for dimensions, material, issues etc.
- Set-up machines per customer order requirements by adjusting rails, dimensions, offsets, etc.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines
- Make sure production runs are set-up correctly
- Perform basic repairs on machines and equipment
- Assist in production as needed
