Hours:

Monday - Thursday, 4:30 pm to 3:00 am. Overtime may be required based on demand.

Salary:

$25.25 per hour, increasing to $26.75 within 6 months, which includes a $3 per hour shift differential.

Summary:

The Mechanic is responsible for maintaining, adjusting and repairing manufacturing machinery. Regular and predictable attendance is required.

Responsibilities:

Performs routine inspection and preventive maintenance Set up and activate specialized production machinery Performs spot weld Assembles, installs, and dismantles machinery Maintains hand tools in working conditions Uses powered pallet jack Follows all safety procedures and reports any issues to supervisor

Skills and Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent 1 year mechanical or related experience Basic math skills Lift up to 40 pounds Stand for long periods of time and climb stairs, bend, lift and push Hand eye coordination Use of both hands and fingers Work in a fast-paced environment Ability to operate pallet jack.
