Machine Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will operate and support manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality parts safely and efficiently while meeting production schedules and supporting overall shop performance.

Functional Accountabilities:

Machine Operation Operate turret punch machines, press brakes, and related fabrication equipment. Follow production schedules and standard operating procedures. Maintain consistent production output and quality standards. Machine Setup & Adjustment Perform basic machine setup, tooling changes, and adjustments. Verify setup accuracy prior to production runs. Quality Inspection & Control Inspect parts during production to ensure compliance with specifications. Identify and report defects or inconsistencies. Support first-piece inspection and production quality checks. Basic Maintenance & Troubleshooting Perform routine operator-level maintenance and cleaning. Identify and report equipment issues early to prevent downtime. Support maintenance teams during troubleshooting when required. Safety Compliance Follow all safety procedures and equipment operating standards. Maintain clean and organized work areas. Participate in safety training and reporting processes. Production Team Support Support production flow and team objectives. Assist with material handling or production support tasks as needed.
