Machine operation Fabrication knowledge Mechanical Aptitude Attention to detail quality focus Problem Solving Time Management Productivity Team Collaboration Safety Awareness Requirements Manufacturing experience preferred Experience with turret punch or press brake equipment Ability to read basic drawings or work instructions Willingness to learn CNC and fabrication processes Ability to work safely
