Join Our Team as a Bag Machine Operator - 3rd Shift We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Bag Machine Operator to join our team on the 3rd shift. As a key member of our production floor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the safe, quality, and efficient operation of our bag machines.

What We're Looking For:

• High School Diploma required
• Experience in manufacturing preferred
• Ability to read measuring tapes and product specifications with mechanical aptitude
• Proficient computer skills
• Physical ability to lift and push/pull heavy materials

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain bag lines to safety, quality, and productivity standards
• Set up and operate bag machines and supporting equipment according to product specifications
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting
• Assist with raw material supply, packing finished goods, and loading machines
• Ensure quality standards are upheld and report suspect or defective products
• Assist with printing and supplying correct parts labels
• Make tape splices at the bag machine packing station
