JACO Manufacturing Company, a precision injection molding company located in Berea Ohio is searching for an Injection Process Technician for 1st shift (M-F 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM) The ideal candidate would have some experience relating to set up of molds and processing, have reliable transportation, good work ethics and excellent attendance.

Basic responsibilities include:

Set up and shut down vertical and horizontal injection molding machines ranging from 50 to 375 tons. Trouble shoot and make minor process adjustments Maintain production records and set up auxiliary equipment Ability to handle injection molds while utilizing supplied equipment such as cranes and tow motors and can lift 65 pounds. Ability to demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality; time and organizational skills and handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently Have basic mechanical skills and utilize hand tools as required Effectively collaborate necessary information to appropriate departments/ shifts employees to ensure effective operations Learn and effectively use our ERP system (IQMS) for proper documentation and compliance with ISO standards Maintain a safe and clean work area All other duties assigned Jaco Manufacturing Company offers an excellent benefit package including medical, dental and life insurance, 401K match, vacation pay, holiday pay, bonus program along with advancement opportunities and a safe work environment.
