Position Title:
Bander Operator Pay Rate :
$19.63 (2 nd shift) + shift differential
Category/Shift :
Hourly Full-Time (2pm-10pm - Monday-Friday)

The Job You Will Perform:
Must be capable of safely operating the main line conveyors, unitizer and partition bander Ensuring appropriate top sheets are in place for each unit. Responsible for maintaining impeccable housekeeping and machine organization during downtime and machine maintenance. Must continually solve problems to reach optimum machine performance. Accurately completing quality and administrative documents. Other tasks as assigned by management.
The Skills You Will Bring:
High School Diploma or GED preferred. Trade School and/or advanced degree preferred Two years or more experience in a manufacturing setting preferred. (corrugated manufacturing is a plus). Ability to problem solve with minimal assistance. Ability to communicate effectively with other employees, supervisors, managers, etc. Basic computer skills (data entry, etc) and be able to perform basic arithmetic including additions, subtractions, multiplications, division and use of a tape measure. Comply with all IPs Safety rules and Quality policies and protocols at all times. Counting and stacking finished product Reading factory orders Ability to use basic tools, wrenches, screwdrivers, etc..
