Job Description
Machine Operator Pay:
$20/hour- M-F 7:00am-4pm
Requirements:
- Communicate clearly in English
- Must be able to read a tape measure Qualifications Must be able to physically operate machinery This involves bending and kneeling frequently, standing for long periods of time, and being able to lift up to 65 pounds at a time High school diploma or equivalent required Responsibilities Machine Operators will operate various converting equipment to die cut films, tapes, and industrial materials, rewind and slit pressure sensitive tapes Operator responsibilities include maintaining production runs and visually inspecting finished product as it is being produced to ensure quality and consistency Operate various types of machines including rotary die cutter, single lathe slitter, slitter/rewinder, flexo printing, and flash cut table Review work orders to understand scope and parameters of scheduled jobs Determine material quantities required for each job Align and configure machine This includes troubleshooting issues and making basic repairs Inspect production samples to evaluate quality ensuring conformity to specifications Package finished material in specified cartons Other duties as assigned Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.
