This position is designed to develop future machine operators through on-the-job training. Successful candidates will learn how to operate advanced manufacturing equipment used in flexographic printing, lamination, and slitting of flexible packaging materials . If you are reliable, eager to learn, and enjoy working with machines, we will train you. What You Will Do As a Manufacturing Helper, you will work directly with experienced operators and learn the equipment and processes.

Responsibilities include:

Assist operators with press, laminator, or slitting equipment Stage materials and prepare production jobs Monitor product quality and assist with inspections Load and unload raw materials and finished rolls Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures and manufacturing standards Learn machine setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting Over time you will be trained to run equipment independently as an Operator .
