General Assembly Associate Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated General Assembly Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a repetitive manufacturing environment and possess some mechanical aptitude. This position requires the ability to stand for the entire shift and a willingness to perform various tasks across different functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general labor tasks, including assembly, loading, and unloading of materials. Assist with shipping and receiving operations as needed. Operate machinery and tools as required, ensuring safety and efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Be flexible and willing to cross-train in different areas of the manufacturing process.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment is preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude; candidates with outdoor or hands-on experience are encouraged to apply. Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude. Familiarity with working around industrial equipment and heaters.

Physical Requirements:
