Your primary focus involves adhering to precise production and process guidelines while keeping a close watch on gauges, meters, and control systems to guarantee that all output consistently meets our quality and production benchmarks. Core Responsibilities Manage production equipment in alignment with defined protocols to boost efficiency and output quality while reducing operational downtime Configure, run, modify, and manage changeovers for filling and assembly machinery Ensure equipment is operated safely by strictly adhering to all emergency shutdown and Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) protocols Uphold LOTO certification standards to help maintain a secure working environment for the entire team Observe machine functionality through the use of digital interfaces, touchscreens, and control boards Diagnose and address mechanical issues by performing necessary adjustments and minor repairs as outlined in work instructions Communicate any equipment failures, production irregularities, or abnormalities directly to the Supervisor or Production Leader Keep precise records of machine logs and production data to ensure full compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs) Confirm the accuracy of components and materials prior to starting production to help prevent inventory errors and support staging area organization Execute cleaning and sanitization tasks to foster a tidy and safe workspace that meets all cGMP and internal safety requirements Manage the setup and operation of Drum-Tote filling systems to ensure all product quality and production targets are achieved Exhibit a proactive approach in our fast-paced manufacturing setting and provide guidance to colleagues to help improve overall team performance Execute various other operational and production tasks as directed by management Required Qualifications Completion of High School Diploma or a recognized equivalent Demonstrated proficiency in interpreting complex work instructions and technical specifications Prior hands-on experience working with manufacturing machinery Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with production equipment
