Job Title:

Booth Operator and Machine Operator Openings - $22 an hour for 1st, $25 an hour for 2nd or 3rd Job Description As a Booth Operator, you will set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape sheet metal according to blueprint specifications. You will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of finished parts by selecting appropriate tooling and dies for each job, measuring and inspecting parts, and making necessary adjustments to machine settings. Responsibilities Setup and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and shape sheet metal according to blueprint specifications. Select appropriate tooling and dies for each job. Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet quality standards. Make adjustments to machine settings as needed. Monitor machine operation to detect any issues or malfunctions. Perform routine maintenance on press brake machines. Conduct manual wash and prep processes. Handle color changeovers and paint application equipment and procedures. Apply powder coating and powder coat painting. Essential Skills Experience in setting up and operating press brake machines. Ability to measure and inspect finished parts for quality assurance. Skill in selecting tooling and dies for sheet metal jobs. Proficiency in making adjustments to machine settings. Experience in performing routine maintenance on machinery. Additional Skills & Qualifications Powder coat painting experience is preferred. Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
