Eaton, OH 45320 Job Description We are seeking a skilled Mold Setter to join our team in Eaton, OH. The ideal candidate will have experience in setting up, adjusting, and maintaining molds used in manufacturing processes to ensure efficient and high-quality production. Responsibilities Set up and install molds on production machines according to specifications. Adjust molds to ensure proper alignment and function during production runs. Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on molds to minimize downtime. Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet production goals and quality standards. Inspect molds for wear and damage and report any issues to maintenance. Maintain accurate records of mold setups, adjustments, and maintenance activities. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Mold Setter or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of mold setup, adjustment, and maintenance procedures. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications. Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
